Very similar to Jeepers Creepers. Decent acting by Jaimie Alexander, who carries most of the acting load. Lots of blood and gore, with a few moments that leave you scratching your head. Worth watching, but you can't help but wonder throughout the movie why she didn't just run away.
Wholly unsatisfying ending.
