The director probably watched Mad Max: Fury Road and thought he can make a movie like that, he tried and failed miserably. Yes it has ton of action sequences which was spliced, cut and edited to infinity that people with migraine will find this excruciating.
Stupid plot and it had a really pointless twist that made no sense at all. Skip.
