Black Unitards would be the last thing to go in a zombie apoc so yea, they are available. This is an alternate Resident Evil story line and has nothing to do with the games we know and love, minus the incorporation of some characters.
Leon was a punk, i'll admit that. But Ada was Ada and so was Barry. The action, direction and CGI were top notch in survival horror so shut up and look for a new movie to tear apart.
