Review of Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008) by Rotimi A — 17 Jan 2009
The uninformed will say things like "Only series fans need apply." , new gamers will probably say this movie was "Decent." Both reviews would be totally inaccurate. This movie has a terrible script with laughable one liners like "Angela; Get Clear!" and " That thing sees you as a breeding tool.
". It is packing visuals easily outclassed by other movies in this genre (See FF: Spirits Within), and the bonus of mediocre choreography makes for a terrible and unnecessary movie. Things this movie DOES have going for it include a relatively interesting expansion of the series' canon and creature design.
That said I would totally play this were it a game.
