Review of Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008) by Justin G — 19 Jan 2009

I was looking forward to seeing this movie since they first announced it. First it actually dealt with characters that were in the game(not like the so-so live action trilogy) Second, it pumped me up for the release of RE5 which I preordered the first chance given to me.

The movie picks up fast as an airport is overrun by the walking dead. One of the best scenes is when the plane crashs and the airplane door opens up and you see all the dead people get up and walk out like nothing happened. Another thing I liked about the movie was Claire Redfield seemed to not want to get into the action. But when push came to shove she still could kick some zombie ass.

Overall a great movie and must buy for fans of horror anime or Resident Evil fans alike.
