They're very silly movies. If you can admit that and just enjoy them for their stupidness, you probably love "Resident Evil - Apocalypse". I'm not a huge fan of zombie movies myself, but I can tolerate these ones.
I liked the whole thing about Alice (Milla Jovovich) being used as some sort of experiment and being turned super-human after the events of the first movie. They threw in one token black guy to swear and make token-black-guy jokes every three seconds, but you pretty much expect that with these kind of movies.
Oded Fehr's an interesting addition to the series, too.
