This chapter in the saga is your typical zombie apocalypse movie. Town gets overrun with the undead and only a few survivors remain trapped inside the city.
Were this differs is that there is an uber-zombie chasing Alice and her new comrades. It follows on well from the first film and has lots of good flesh-eating moments.
