The Resident Evil movies are so ridiculous, and everyone - with a few exceptions - speaks as if they were in a 90s video game, with this weird jarred pattern and wooden expressions. On saying that though, that's sort of why this franchise is quite fun to watch.
..sort of. I do think Milla Jovovich is a bad ass heroine, I really like her, and of course we've got Jared Harris here, typecast forever as the doctor! I think this is possibly the worst movie, it's just visually BAD, and of what makes the Resident Evil movies, this one hams it up to full capacity.
..but yes, it's still highly watch-able in that it doesn't take itself too seriously.
