An improvement on the first one, but then again, you can polish a turd and it's still a turd. Resident Evil Apocalypse has a more action based plot and as you can imagine ends up being dumber. But at least Apocalypse has a sense that it is a piece of garbage; the dialogue is mostly one liners that blow and it has sh*tty make-up and monster designs, but Milla Jovovich as some kind of ninja sword wielding superhero is kind of cool considering she is the only decent thing to happen to Resident Evil as a whole.
Piece of crap, but at least I stayed awake the whole time.
