Review of Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) by Buddy A — 27 Sep 2010
Taking off right were the first "Resident Evil" movie ended, Alice (Milla Jovovich) wakes up in a hospital in Raccoon City only to find out that the whole city has been put in quarantine to avoid the 'T-Virus' that brings the dead back to life from spreading.
Now together with a group of survivors Alice must find a way out and stop the evil Umbrella corporation. "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" is actionpacked and filled with zombies, but doesn't really live up to the first movie.
There are plotholes, bad dialogue and the soundtrack isn't nearly as good as the one for first one. However this is a decent action movie and ok sequel that sets us up for the third (and better than this one) movie.
