Review of Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) by Kia M — 15 Sep 2012
It picks up right where the first left off, and immediately goes for an action-filled pacing, while the first went more for suspense. There isn't much to say about this one, other than its only redeeming quality being the slick and entertaining action scenes.
The rest is a lame plot that's never engaging, cardboard characters most of which are cannon fodder for the zombies, and awkward and unnecessary close-ups of cracked zombie skulls and ripping flesh.
