I could say that this is slightly better than Resident Evil Extinction but that is almost like saying I'd rather be burned alive than eaten by a shark. None of the movies in this series are really any good though I felt that the 2nd one captured the video game the best.
In the end you are better off just playing the game & skipping the movies all together.
