Wow. What a depressing film. I knew it would be, as I had previously read the novel, but wow! I'm a bit sad now.
The film was OK. As expected, the film cut out some major details from the book, which, to me, hurt the film.
Overall, though, it was OK. Cool that Lake Compounce was featured!
