Review of Reservation Road (2007) by Sv G — 16 Sep 2010

The concept of this was great - character driven and thought provoking the screenplay was excellent. The performance by Jenn Connelly and Mira Sorvino and Elle Fanning were good ones, but where Mark Ruffalo and Joaquin Phoenix have always impressed me in the past, both of their performances here seemed a little strained or over-done.

..especially the final scenes of the movie which left me a little flat, but over-all I'd still say it's a worthwhile film to watch just for the discussion it should invoke.
