Review of Requiem for a Dream (2000) by Hugo G — 10 Oct 2013
This was a very strong and raw movie about drug addiction and how it deteriorates people until transforming them into their worst selfs. The acting was excellent from everyone, but mainly from Ellen Burstyn.
She gave a terrific performance that was extremely disturbing and terrifyingly sad. This is one of those movies that really make an impact on you.
