Review of Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008) by Kat B — 02 Mar 2010

I *wanted* to like it, I really did. But they sang nearly every line, and I really hate that in a musical. Please, a few lines of dialogue spoken inbetween songs is important.

I loved the concept, Joan Jett cameo and aesthetics, and the graverobber was pretty awesome - as was Paris Hilton's 'faceoff', but generally this was lacking.

It would make a wicked awesome graphic novel tho!
