This movie made Paris Hilton tolerable. That alone makes it five-star worthy. Is this movie for everyone? No; it's an eccentric movie for those who love mindless gore and musical numbers. Honestly, I don't feel one should compare it to The Rocky Horror Picture Show, although there are similarities.
However, I love Rocky Horror, and I love this movie.
