Review of Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008) by Nic O — 20 Feb 2013

Being into movies with dark atmospheres, I enjoyed the hell out of Repo! The Genetic Opera, even though I admit it is a bad movie. I just love the music and I enjoyed watching Terrance Zdunich as the Grave robber.

I liked the effects and style mostly, even though a lot of it looked like it was trying very hard to arouse both genders; with the just awkward looking women in leather or small, tight outfits, and the Grave Robber, and it failed miserably.

Good god, most of this movie was awkward. There were just unneeded scenes with either violence, or some sort of bad goth porn. But, this was one of my guilty pleasures. I admit.
