Fun. Although this film is not for everyone, if you are willing to enjoy something different and keep an open mind, I think you might enjoy the movie.

First, it is a musical, so musicals are not for everyone, but you should know that this is not a musical for musical fans. This movie is geared towards Horror and Sci-Fi junkies. The songs are witty and original, and fun to listen to. As a musical it is not high art, but it is fun nonetheless.

Second, as a film, it is gory for gore's sake. The characters have as much depth as a puddle and the story is as predictable as an almanac. With all these faults, I still enjoyed the movie, I enjoy my gore, the one dimensional characters are still fun to watch and even though you know where the story was going, it did not stop the journey from being fun.

I would recommend this film for all the people who enjoy something fairly original now and then. Funny with gore is something I appreciate.
