Review of Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008) by Siarra F — 17 Jan 2011

A very niche film, which made all the critics look down their noses at the gothy, steampunky, horror-crowd and say "You no can has musicals". An entertainingly depressing story with a different twist on the heroes of this sort tragedies, it's a very gripping story with a lot of gratuitous gore and actually a fairly refreshing musical approach (even if it does get shat on for not being full of catchy little pop numbers).
