There are flaws with this film on a technical level... crossing the line and others I won't mention.
What I will say is that this film has so many layers to it... the young punk, the repo man mentor, the cia, the aliens, the former friends of Otto commiting crimes. Everything interweves, theres a bit when Tracey Walters' character talks about causality in this film and how things in the universe are connected enbodies the very nature and soul of the film!!!
