Review of Repo Man (1984) by Rodney E — 13 Oct 2008
A total classic. One of my favorite movies features Emilio Estevez as a punk who winds up becoming one with the business of reposessing cars along with Harry Dean Stanton. They are after a car who's contents of the trunk vaporizes whoever opens it.
Amazing soundtrack and characters. Tons of laughs and memorable scene after scene. Tracey Walter is great as the junkyard philosopher. This,Outsiders and Breakfast Club are Emilio's best work but in terms of him holding together a movie, this is his ace.
