Otto is a suburban L.A. punk who accepts a job as a repo man and finds himself embroiled in a wild plot involving a '64 Chevy Malibu, the CIA, and a dead Alien. This movie has a vicious sense of humor aimed straight at the jugular of the Reagan era.
