Superb cast and dialogue serve as an intriguing filler for a neo noir sandwich of sci fi gumshoe investigating the minds of its characters in an unlikely post global warming flooded Miami-come-venice backdrop.
While it was very entertaining it never quite reached me enough to move me beyond the average needle. Good but not great. Intriguing but not wholly original.
