Of all the American sports Rugby( football as the Americans call it, what a shame!) is my favourite because it's rules are simple and you could get to see the players knock out each other. Of all the sports movies of this kind, Remember the Titans is more enjoyable and memorable mostly due to it's diverse cast giving pivotal performances and the outlook of a society filled with racism. Denzel Washington and Will Patton play coaches of different nature and both being good and the film is more inspirational than most in it's genre like Jerry Maguire which is more known for the performances of it's actors than the love of the game that it patronises. But the ending of this film could have been a bit more strong, that's all.
