Review of Remember Me (2010) by Amritam — 20 Mar 2010
I saw this movie because I had a free ticket and wanted to kill some time. I despised the main actor's wooden performances in his other movies and was truly pleasantly surprised by his performance here.
I thought the love story/family issues bit was getting a little long and drawn out, but even then found myself getting involved and wound into their complex lives. I did not expect the ending, but was relieved that the film didn't dwell to long on that tragedy.
This is something that we all as Americans have experienced. The only thing I felt was gratuitous was the voice over monologue at the end. Over all the movie was thought provoking, believable and worth paying for.
I have to see it again.
