Bill Maher points out the ridiculousness of most religions and the fact that people do a lot of evil for the sake of their god. His target is really the arrogance that comes with believing that you know the right answer and the easy out that is claiming that faith means you don't need evidence for your beliefs.
But he's pretty much a dick in most of these interviews.
