Review of Religulous (2008) by Hardy H — 03 Apr 2015

This movie is entertaining for me. But I am already a non-religious person who has similar point of view that he does. Which kind of is the miss point here: this movie probably will be a good time, a somewhat informative 100 mins for people like me, believe the world might just be a better place without religions. But I think Bill Maher and the director's approach and antics might be slightly too "jerky". Probably cause Bill already has him mind made up so firmly.

The intended audience here is probably those who are not too religious to question the whole concept. I feel perhaps this film can make more of a difference if the tone is a bit more of an aggressive pursuit of answers rather than going out to make these people look foolish. The line is thin.
