I'm not that big of a fan of Bill Maher. That is, I do not find his type of comedy very humorous. But I thought this documentary had some promise. I was not impressed. It's hard to watch because he goes up to these people, fully prepared with information and papers to read from and they have nothing.

They seemed so unprepared, it's somewhat unfair to expect these people to be the ones to defend their faith. Some are quite innocent. Yes, there are some that are just full of bullshit. This is a subject that needs to be tackled in a somewhat tactical way and Bill Maher is just not capable of that.

There are times when it is quite humorous, but most of the time, it's just sad. Sad in a way Bill Maher probably never intended it to be.
