It's so obnoxiously self-congratulatory, it's aggravating to watch. I don't know what exactly gave Maher the impression that this was a good idea, but a film about a guy traveling around America to act smug in front of the camera only to be beaten in a religious debate by a theme park Jesus isn't really much of an inspiring film.
