Judd nelson plays the son of a cop and a serial killer haunting the streets and killing people with his same name.
Its up to leo rossi and robert loggia to stop the murderer and put him down.
A standard 80 action movie without much plot and some bad performances from nelson who seems to overact and leo rossi who gives another wooden performance.
Only robert loggia adds some realism to this downright dull serial killer flick.
Wait for it on cable.
