Review of Reign Over Me (2007) by Rob P — 19 Nov 2009

Great movie. It is very moving, but it also has a surprising number of funny parts. The cast is incredibly strong; even the minor characters have great parts. I usually do not watch Adam Sandler's more dramatic films, but this one proves that he can really put on an impressive performance.

I felt the ending was a tad anti-climatic, but I think this was actually a good thing; it shows that even with the support of friends, pain still takes time to heal. Strongly recommend it.
