Review of Reign of Fire (2002) by Bernardo G — 08 May 2010

I would've liked this movie more had they shown more of the dragon's then they did. It seemed every time they did take the time to show a dragon it was flying at warp speed. Dialogue was a bit stiff but the film does take place in Britain and things are a bit more formal across the pond. All the aforementioned would have been possible "IF" they had taken the time and flushed out the plot more. I hope they didn't cut any scenes with a dragon in them.

But despite my quibble's I actually did like this film as it had great star power attached to it. You wouldn't be able to get any of these actors now if you wanted to make a sequel. Check it out if and when time permits!
