Review of Regarding Henry (1991) by Michael B — 25 Sep 2007
I found myself suspending TOO much disbelief with this one. Why wouldn't his wife get him more help after leaving the hospital...tutors, mentors, whatever the fuck instructors...to help him stop acting like a little kid-adult.
I expected better from Nichols. It also borders on melodrama, when it should be an emotionally loaded, philosophically charged dramatic dynamo. But perhaps my expectations were too high.
