Review of Reds (1981) by Paul N — 07 Jan 2009

A well made film to be sure. It held my interest for most of it, though it is very long and by the end I was kind of losing interest and I didn't know fully why some things were happening. Warren Beatty is very good, though I found Keaton's character to be annoying.

I also thought they should've put more emphasis on his book 10 days that shook the world, which is apparently his most famous achievement. Still, educated me on a subject I didn't know too much about and had goo use of music and Russian songs.
