I thought that the martial arts were great but the flow and the plot seemed to be lacking, a lot. It seemed like things went into moiton that wouldn't have unless a camera were rolling, no expliantion was given on some elements, including some of the history behind Jiu-Jitsu, these questions weren't answered until after watching the bonus features.
Overall if you like martial arts it is good, if not, don't bother.
