Review of Redbelt (2008) by Indike W — 03 Sep 2008
With a lot of great reviews about this movie, I was expecting a lot. And as the title suggests, I was expecting a whole lot of Jiu-jitsu action like how Ong Bak brought Muay Thai into the mainstream cinema.
Instead I got a mediocre drama with silly dialog and a very anti-climatic ending. Alice Braga, on the other hand, is hot! heh.. hence the star.
