Review of Redbelt (2008) by Davy V — 04 Aug 2009
Redbelt opens on a very dark and intriguing note. The first fifteen minutes wrap themselves as a strangely familiar sweater around the viewer, but unfortunately the fabric doesn't hold. After the apetizer, the main part of this filmic dish somehow fals apart.
Thanks to the electrifying presence of Eijofor and his female companions Braga and Mortimer, the seams do not tear.
