I totally stand for de palma's good intentions (anti-war/anti-bushist) by making this film but the poor execution of the film actually discredited his position that de palma, I and all people who are against the iraqi war share.
if you want the audience to believe what they are watching is reality, you need actors who never look like they are acting. for successful faux documentaries, try 'battle for haditha', 'cloverfield' and 'the blair witch project'.
