Really nothing that we haven't seen before regarding the war on terror, just de Palma makes it more "in your face" and expects us to react to the sheer force of his storytelling. Editing is shoddy, like it's been cut by a high school kid who has just found how to do effects and wipes.

Some good performances in here, just marred by to much going on and too many ideas at once.
