This could have been a great movie. Bad acting, along with horrible dialogue kills all authensity. DePalmas days are hereby OVER. He also STEALS the soundtrack from Kubrick's "Barry Lyndon".
The same with the scorpion-getting-killed-by-the-ants -scene, its blasphemy to replicate that wonderful scene from Peckinpahs "The wild bunch". Im hung up by details here, but if you are trying to make us belive that the story is true, you better make an effort making the details perfect.
