One star for the fact this film was made, and made now and not after uhm 15 years or so when it really doesn't matter anymore. Another stars goes for the ending - bold stuff. Other than that, the film just isn't that good - important subject or not.
Not best De Palma. Broomfield's Battle for Haditha is better in every way. Watch them both, and make up your own mind.
