A film so bad that you can't help but sit through it and see how ridiculous it can actually get. no question that the production values were never given a second (or first) thought, and having coolio pretty much play himself on a boat didn't add much to the whole thing.
throw in the original buffy the vampire slayer and you've got yourself B-grade gold. watch for a laugh, but that's about it. btw, kristy swanson still looks amazing.
