The only reason I gave it two stars is because the visuals which are the best ariel air shots since top gun but that alone cannot hold up this film. I honestly felt this film was more a black exploitation film than a wwII film,lazy screen writers made the characters jive talking,finger snapping,feet shuffling martyrs.
Terrance Howard stood out because they made him a man rather than just a black man, had they applied this to all the characters and drop all the raa raa war time cliches this would have been a great film.
