Damn, I wanted to like this movie. The dogfight sequences and special effects are superb and the story of the Tuskegee airmen is a story worth telling over and over again but this film is weighed down by mediocre actor, a dull, unnecessary interracial love story that I could give a f**k about and sloppy made for TV film making complete with a generic and corny score.
The HBO film was better.
