There is a remarkable story about the Tuskegee Airmen that could have been unearthed in this film; but it never quite comes to light. We are left with engaging yet sparce glimpses of characters that are not part of a cohesive film.
..it's merely a randomization of ideas in frames...still entertaining at times but lacking a strong directing hand.
