Review of Red State (2011) by Ryan S — 26 Sep 2012
Blown away by this one at quite a few different moments. Lots of big names throughout the cast and the whole movie through, and none are safe. The story is crazy, original with the moments turning left instead of right when you think you are discovering the direction and overall well done.
The only lacking was the ending which should have shown the headbutt, and the outcome of the fight scene which could have added the extra element of enjoyment. It also seems pretty short and cutting from the story to the action without smooth transitions.
It is very enjoyable for all of its crazed direction with the death of a lot of the major characters and is worth the watch.
