A messy and failed effort from Smith; the movie transitions from boring tedium to complete overkill without developing any of the characters. The shoddy character development and chaotic second half prevent the movie from establishing any sense of fear, and, unfortunately, the most talented actors are misused and/or underused throughout.
Even the always solid Goodman can't rescue the movie's sloppy final acts.
