Review of Red State (2011) by Daniel M — 23 May 2012
No real protagonist to follow, A story that felt more like a rambling anti-religious extremist message and a really anti climactic end. There are some great performances in the movie but it's not enough to elevate the rest enough to be interesting.
In short this movie is kinda boring. Kevin Smith should stick to comedy cause he's obviously more comfortable and competent in that field.
