Review of Red State (2011) by Quincy J — 30 Mar 2015
Kevin Smith's departure from comedy is a welcome one. Short, sweet and to the point, the film has a basic plot with characters that don't necessarily make you care for them, but in the end the film is entertaining as hell and makes it a great watch! Plus a great performance from John Goodman! Recommended to those who enjoy Smith's sense of humor and a lot of violence.
